Service Project Requests
A quick overview of the process for organizations that would like to request service project support from the Kiwanis Club of Pomona.
To ensure requests are handled consistently and reviewed efficiently, all organizations must complete our Service Project Request Google Form. This form gathers the key details we need about the project, timeline, impact, and type of support requested.
Review Process:
- Completed forms are submitted through the Google Form link
- Each request will be reviewed by the Service Project Chair
- Qualified requests will then be presented to our Board of Directors
- The Board will review and determine approval and level of support
Using this process helps us stay organized and aligned with our mission and capacity when supporting community projects.
